We hope you will join us by becoming a member!

Your membership in the Sustainable Sharon Coalition (SSC) allows us to maintain and build educational programming, advocate for environmental causes, and give more people the opportunity to explore paths toward a greener lifestyle. 

Anyone connected to the Sharon community may join SSC by choosing to support our mission in one of three ways:

  1. contributing financially,

  2. volunteering to work with an SSC interest group or project, or

  3. participating in meetings and events.

SSC membership benefits include:

  • Invitations to meetings, presentations, and events

  • Subscription to our SSC eNewsletter

  • Invitations to join the SSC Facebook group, and to follow SustainableSharon on Instagram

  • Ability to vote at meetings and initiate community projects that you care most about

  • Ability to run for a board position or lead a special interest group

  • Opportunity to work closely with residents who are passionate about incorporating sustainable practices into their everyday lives and those of our community
