The Sustainable Sharon Coalition and MassRIDES are here to help you improve your commute and reduce the number of solo drivers on our roads.
MassRIDES is a free program of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) designed to help reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality and mobility.
Improving your commute improves your health, your budget, your well-being and your environment. Pick a day and try something different – even a few days a month can make a big difference.
NuRide is MassRIDES’ online tool that helps you find carpool matches and provides rewards for greener trips – and it’s FREE!
Don’t know who to carpool with? NuRide can help you find people that live and work near you and are interested in sharing the ride. Save on gas, split driving responsibilities and make new friends.
Already taking green trips? Sign up for NuRide and begin logging to accrue points towards great rewards! Do you take commuter rail to work or bike to a friend’s house? These are green trips you should be logging into NuRide!
