GM, Toyota and Fiat Chrysler have announced that they support the federal government’s attempt to roll back fuel economy standards. Honda, Ford, BMW and Volkswagen have stuck with California’s stricter fuel economy standards. Fourteen states follow California’s fuel economy standards, including Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Colorado, Oregon and DC (ok, not a state).
